The Israeli occupation forces began a military campaign in the Far’a camp in the Tubas governorate in the northern West Bank, while they withdrew from the Nour Shams camp east of Tulkarm, after storming it for several hours as part of their intensive aggression on the West Bank for the ninth day.

Local sources reported that large forces of the occupation army, accompanied by military bulldozers, surrounded the Fara’a camp and deployed snipers on buildings overlooking it before storming the camp. This led to armed clashes with resistance fighters, during which they threw explosive devices at an occupation army bulldozer, according to a statement by the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah).

Al-Far’a camp was one of the first camps targeted by the occupation at the beginning of its ongoing military operation in the West Bank for 9 days.

Reinforcements to Jenin

In another development, the Israeli occupation army sent more military reinforcements to Jenin camp, and Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the occupation soldiers raided several homes in the Al-Ghabs neighborhood adjacent to the camp and threatened many families and forced them to leave.

For its part, the Israeli Walla website said that the army decided to extend the period of its military operation in the Jenin camp in the West Bank, which was scheduled to end on Tuesday.

The Israeli website added that the extension of the operation came by order of Defense Minister Yoav Galant, based on the continued arrival of intelligence information regarding the military infrastructure in the camp.

The website quoted military sources as saying that the army neutralized highly explosive devices in the Jenin camp, some of which weighed more than 100 kilograms.

The sources added that the increasing warnings in the southern West Bank may lead to a large-scale operation there if the security situation deteriorates.

Withdrawal from the sun

At the same time, the Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the Nour Shams camp, east of Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank, after storming it for several hours. Moments before their withdrawal, resistance elements detonated a highly explosive device, damaging a military vehicle.

Military bulldozers accompanied by vehicles stormed the outskirts of the camp, which led to armed clashes and explosions resulting from the resistance’s confrontation with the invading forces.

Military bulldozers began extensive demolition of the infrastructure and shops on the main street of the camp, and the destruction continued until the army withdrew from the camp towards Tulkarm camp.

Clashes with the resistance

The Al-Qassam Brigades – Tulkarm Battalion announced that it is engaging in armed clashes with the rest of the resistance factions in Tulkarm camp in the West Bank.

She said that her fighters are engaged in armed clashes alongside the rest of the factions and have detonated explosive devices on several fronts inside Tulkarm camp, achieving direct casualties among the ranks of the occupation army, between dead and wounded.

The clashes come as Israeli bulldozers continue to destroy infrastructure and Palestinian property inside the camp.

Raids and incursions in Hebron

In Hebron, a young man and a child were injured by the occupation forces’ bullets during their storming of the city of Adh Dhahiriya.

The occupation forces also stormed the town of Idhna for the fourth time in 3 days, and raided the home of the martyr Muhannad Al-Aswad, the perpetrator of the Tarqumiya operation, in addition to a number of the homes of the martyr’s relatives, and vandalized their contents.

The Israeli army radio reported that the army arrested a Palestinian youth from the town, claiming that he helped Al-Aswad carry out the operation.

The occupation forces also stormed the Jalazone camp, north of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate in the West Bank, amid gunfire and tear gas bombs.

Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces raided a number of homes, detained more than 20 people and subjected them to field investigation before withdrawing from the area.

Martyrs and wounded

In new statistics, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that 33 Palestinians were killed and about 140 injured in the West Bank since last Wednesday.

The Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Authority also reported that the occupation forces arrested at least 30 Palestinians since yesterday evening, including children.

In a statement, the commission said that the occupation had arrested more than 180 Palestinians from the West Bank since the start of the recent military campaign.

Nine days ago, the occupation forces began a large-scale operation in the northern West Bank under the pretext of dismantling resistance cells. Since then, resistance fighters have been confronting them with explosive devices and bullets, killing and wounding a number of its soldiers.
