The occupation army acknowledges the killing of 5 soldiers and wounding 16 in the bombing of a building in Jabalia News

The Israeli army acknowledged that 5 soldiers were killed and 16 others were injured in the bombing of a building in the Jabalia area in the northern Gaza Strip yesterday, Wednesday.

The Israeli recognition of its losses in the operation comes after Israeli sources reported yesterday that 20 soldiers were killed and wounded in the bombing of a booby-trapped building in the Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza Strip.

This comes after Israeli media reported on a security incident that they described as difficult, which occurred in the 98th Division (which is currently active in Jabalia Camp), and referred to reports of deaths, before the occupation army announced its toll.

The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced yesterday the killing of at least 12 Israeli soldiers in a combined operation that targeted an Israeli force holed up in a house in the Jabalia camp and another force that came to its rescue, as part of a series of operations it carried out in the region.

The resistance escalated its operations and targeting of occupation soldiers and vehicles in various areas of Gaza, especially in Jabalia and east of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of occupation soldiers, and the destruction of a number of tanks and military vehicles.
