The Israeli occupation forces renewed their raids on Sunday evening and Monday dawn on several towns in the cities of Tubas, Jenin and Hebron in the occupied West Bank. While 6 people were injured as a result of settlers storming the town of “Urif” south of Nablus, the occupation forces detained two ambulances that were transporting wounded people from the town.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Far’a camp in the city of Tubas in the northern West Bank. Local sources reported that young Palestinians set fire to rubber tires and closed the streets in anticipation of the occupation army storming Tubas.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that the occupation forces withdrew from the town of Arraba, west of Jenin, after storming it with military vehicles and attacking Palestinians.

In Nablus, the Palestinian Red Crescent said that the occupation detained two ambulances that were transporting wounded people from the town of Urif, southwest of the city, noting that 6 people were injured after settlers stormed the town.

Settlers attacked homes on the outskirts of Orif under the protection of the Israeli occupation army, which fired bullets at Palestinians who tried to confront the settlers.

Settlers also attacked farmers in the village of Susiya in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron. Settlers prevented Palestinian farmers from reaching their lands and beat them.

The settlers continue their attacks on the village residents, as they opened fire and threw stones at their homes several times, removed the fence surrounding the village, destroyed their vehicles, and prevented them from grazing their sheep.

Settlers burned a house in the town of Burqa, northwest of Nablus.

Other developments

Settlers stormed Palestinian lands in Mount Baniyas, east of the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, and chased farmers on the roads leading to their lands, blocking them with stones.

Earlier, settlers stole agricultural equipment from farmers in Mount Baniyas, according to what one of the farmers reported. He added that the occupation forces are assaulting them and preventing them from reaching their lands, in a scene that has been repeated many times since the seventh of last October.

On the other hand, Israeli occupation police forces stormed Shuafat Camp, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

The soldiers stormed the outskirts of the camp adjacent to the military checkpoint, and fired tear gas canisters at citizens’ homes, causing a number of them to suffer from suffocation. The occupation forces later withdrew to the direction of the military checkpoint.

Activists also spoke about the deployment of occupation forces at one of the entrances to the town of Al-Issawiya in occupied Jerusalem.

The West Bank has been witnessing an escalation in violence for more than a year, but the situation has deteriorated since the outbreak of war in Gaza on October 7th.

At least 530 Palestinians have been martyred in the West Bank at the hands of Israeli forces or settlers since the outbreak of the Gaza war, according to Palestinian officials.
