On the 89th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the occupation aircraft carried out fire belts in the middle and south of the Gaza Strip, leaving more martyrs and destruction. Its forces also committed 10 new massacres, leaving more than 128 martyrs.
While fierce battles took place between the Palestinian resistance and the occupation forces in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and Al-Maghazi camp in the center of the Strip, the Israeli army announced the killing of one of its officers and the wounding of 25 soldiers within 24 hours.
At a time when reactions to the Israeli assassination of Saleh Al-Arouri, deputy head of the Hamas political bureau, in Beirut continued on Tuesday, two explosions occurred near the grave of the former commander of the Iranian Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, in the Kerman province in southern Iran, killing more than 100 people, without For Tel Aviv to claim responsibility for them amid Iranian accusations against it and vow to respond.
The death toll from the aggression increased
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression had risen to 22,313 martyrs, while the number of injured reached 57,296.
The ministry added that the occupation committed 10 massacres against families in Gaza during the past 24 hours, resulting in 128 martyrs and 261 injured.
Resistance operations
Fierce battles took place between the Palestinian resistance and the occupation forces in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and Al-Maghazi camp in the center of the Strip, and the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced the implementation of a series of operations against the invading Israeli forces since Wednesday morning, including targeting soldiers, tanks, and bulldozers.
Al-Qassam said that in a joint operation with the Mujahideen Brigades, it was able to launch a surface-to-air missile towards an Israeli helicopter east of Khan Yunis, after it also announced that it was able to shoot down a Hermes 900 reconnaissance plane with an anti-aircraft missile east of Gaza City.
In another operation, Al-Qassam fighters took control of an Israeli drone during a mission south of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
Developments in the West Bank
In the West Bank, Palestinian resistance fighters clashed with the Israeli occupation forces, and damaged one of their vehicles as they stormed two camps in Tulkarm as part of large incursions into the West Bank, while the Israeli army reported the discovery of a tunnel near the city of Hebron.
The new incursions began at night, and included – in addition to the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps – Nablus, Qalqilya, Hebron, and occupied Jerusalem. As part of these operations, the occupation forces carried out new arrests targeting dozens of Palestinians.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the Israeli occupation police arrested 11 Palestinians in the town of Jabal Mukaber in occupied Jerusalem during a demolition operation.
Lebanese Front
In conjunction with the developments in the Palestinian territories, Lebanese Hezbollah announced that it had carried out 9 attacks on Israeli military targets and concentrations in the Upper and Western Galilees and in the occupied Shebaa Farms.
The party said that it bombed, with a large missile attack, gatherings of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Dovev Barracks, and also bombed with Burkan missiles other gatherings in the vicinity of the sites of Jal al-Alam, al-Malikiyah, Ruwaisat al-Alam, Bayad Blida, and the Zibdin and Zarit barracks.
On the other hand, Israeli fighters and drones bombed a house in the town of Markaba and the vicinity of the towns of Aita al-Shaab and Rmeish and the Labouneh area. The surroundings of other border towns were also subjected to Israeli artillery shelling. Hezbollah mourned 4 of its fighters who were martyred in confrontations with Israeli forces.
Nasrallah threatens
The Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement, Hassan Nasrallah, on Wednesday evening, threatened Israel to respond to the assassination of Saleh Al-Arouri, deputy head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, in a bombing that targeted the southern suburbs of Beirut.
In a public speech on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the assassination of the former commander of the “Quds Force” of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani, Nasrallah said that Israel “tried to create an image of victory through the assassination of Saleh Al-Arouri after it failed to achieve it in Gaza.”
He added, “The crime of assassinating Al-Arouri is serious and will not remain without response and punishment, and between us and them is the field and the days,” as he put it.
Iran explosions
There were 103 dead and 141 wounded in two bombings that Tehran described as “terrorists” near the grave of Qassem Soleimani in Kerman Province, southern Iran, in an official, infinite toll.
The two bombings came as Kerman Province witnessed ceremonies and activities commemorating the fourth anniversary of the assassination of Soleimani, amid demand for these events from all Iranian regions.
Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi threatened Israel that it would “pay dearly for the crime of Kerman,” while the military spokesman for the Israeli army said that there was no comment on the bombings that took place in Iran and that Tel Aviv was focusing on the war against “Hamas.”
