On the 81st day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian resistance continued to exhaust the occupation army, as it suffered 5 deaths and dozens of injuries in the past hours, while the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – confirmed that they had blown up a tunnel in an Israeli force in the middle of the Strip. The death toll rises

In terms of casualties, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression had risen to 20,915 martyrs and 54,918 injured, most of them women and children.

The war will continue

On the other hand, Israeli Army Chief of Staff Herzi Halevy said that the war launched by Israel on the Gaza Strip will likely continue for several months, stressing that there are no quick ways to dismantle Hamas.

He added that they are fighting in the most complex conditions ever, and that the army will do everything to return those detained by Hamas to their families.

For his part, Ofir Gendelman, spokesman for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said that Gaza must be disarmed, and a temporary security zone must be established along the Gaza Strip’s border with southern Israel, in addition to inspection mechanisms on the border between Gaza and Egypt to prevent weapons smuggling.

Attack in the Red Sea

On the other hand, the military spokesman for the Ansar Allah group (Houthis), Yahya Saree, said that the group launched a missile attack on a commercial ship heading to Israel belonging to the “MSC United” company in the Red Sea, amid explosions in the Red Sea a week after Washington announced the formation of… A multinational naval force, to stop the attacks of the Houthi group.
