On the 224th day of its aggression against Gaza, the Israeli occupation army committed new massacres against civilians, and the resistance, for its part, continues to fight fierce battles in the north and south, inflicting on the occupation more losses in lives and equipment.

While Israel and the United States continued their discussions regarding arranging what is called “after the overthrow of Hamas,” the spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Ubaida, appeared to confirm the steadfastness of the resistance, presenting a summary of its operations in the last week, threatening the occupation with a terrible defeat.

On the Lebanese front, Hezbollah continued its operations against Israeli settlements and military sites, while the occupation raids continued on towns and villages in southern Lebanon.

On the humanitarian level, the first humanitarian aid shipment arrived at the floating dock on the Gaza coast, while the United Nations confirmed that this temporary port cannot be an alternative to land crossings.

The following are the most prominent developments on the 224th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza:

An army in hell

Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, said that Al-Qassam fighters targeted 100 military vehicles of the occupation within 10 days, stressing the resistance’s readiness for a long battle of attrition with the “enemy” and its ability to withstand and fight.

Abu Ubaida added – during a speech obtained by Tel Aviv Tribune – that the “Israeli enemy”, 32 weeks after the seventh of last October, is entering “hell” again in Gaza and facing more severe resistance, in light of an unequal war and a “legendary” defense from The people of Gaza and their resistance against the “barbarism” of the occupation.

Egypt, Israel and the next day

Today, Friday, the United States renewed its demand that Israel clarify its plan regarding who will rule Gaza after the war, and stressed the need to quickly resolve the dispute between Cairo and Tel Aviv regarding the crisis in the Strip.

This came in an interview conducted by the US Ambassador to Israel, Jack Lew, with the private Israeli newspaper Haaretz.

The American ambassador pointed out his country’s agreement with Israel on the necessity of excluding Hamas from ruling Gaza, and that the Israeli army should not permanently occupy the Strip.

He considered that cooperation between Israel and Egypt is extremely important for the security of both parties and the region, and that there is awareness of the urgent need to resolve this matter due to the humanitarian situation in Gaza. Leo called on Cairo and Tel Aviv to resolve their differences over the Rafah crossing.

Specific operations of resistance

Today, Friday, the Palestinian resistance in Gaza carried out qualitative operations against soldiers and vehicles of the Israeli occupation army, which acknowledged the difficulty of the field situation.

Both the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades broadcast video recordings documenting the sniper, bombing and clash operations they carried out against the occupation soldiers in the north and Gaza Strip.

New massacres of the occupation

For its part, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the Israeli occupation committed 4 massacres in the last 24 hours, killing 31 martyrs and 56 wounded.

Thus, the total number of victims of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip rose to 35,303 martyrs and 79,261 wounded, since last October 7.

75 missiles per day

The Israeli army said that 75 missiles were launched today from Lebanon towards the Galilee Finger area in northern Israel and the southern Golan.

Hezbollah announced that it carried out 3 attacks against Israeli sites in the Galilee and the Golan, and said that it bombed the “Tsnobar” base in the Golan with 50 Katyusha rockets.

For its part, the Civil Defense in southern Lebanon said that 3 people were martyred, including two of Syrian nationality, in an Israeli raid on the town of Najariya. Hezbollah also mourned a fighter who died in the raid.

The Hamas movement in Lebanon announced the martyrdom of Commander Sharhabeel Abu Amr after he was targeted by occupation aircraft in the Western Bekaa.

The resistance rejects any foreign military presence

Hamas and all resistance factions reaffirmed their rejection of any military presence of any foreign force on the Palestinian territories.

She said that any route to bring in aid, including the water terminal, is not an alternative to opening all land crossings under Palestinian supervision.

13 countries warn Israel of the Rafah attack

The German News Agency said that the foreign ministers of 13 countries – including the Group of Seven, excluding the United States – demanded in a letter addressed to their Israeli counterpart, Yisrael Katz, the provision of more aid to the Palestinian people, warning Israel against attacking Rafah.

They also called on the Israeli government to alleviate the devastating and worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and called for all border crossings to be opened to aid, including the Rafah crossing.

The agency reported that the letter was also signed by the foreign ministers of Australia, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea and Sweden.

Confrontations in Qalqilya and a martyr in Tulkarm

Confrontations broke out between the occupation army forces and young Palestinians in the town of Kafr Qaddum, east of the city of Qalqilya in the West Bank, while the people of Tulkarm Governorate mourned the body of Karim Amir, who was martyred by the occupation bullets that stormed the town of Balaa last night.

Following the weekly anti-settlement demonstration denouncing Israeli crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories and the Gaza Strip, confrontations broke out between occupation army forces and Palestinian youth.
