The Israeli occupation continued its aggression against the Gaza Strip and the West Bank for the 100th day, and this day witnessed indications of internal disputes in Israel, amid American frustration with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Before the end of the day, the spokesman for the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Ubaida, issued a recorded speech in audio and video for the first time since November 23.
He confirmed that Al-Qassam targeted and removed 1,000 Israeli military vehicles during the 100 days of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.
He stressed that any talk other than stopping the aggression against the Palestinian people has no value, indicating that the occupation has failed to achieve its goals or free any prisoner held by the resistance.
Continuous bombing and international warning
On the 100th day, the occupation continued its raids and artillery and air bombardment on the Gaza Strip, killing at least 125 martyrs within 24 hours, bringing the toll to about 24 thousand martyrs since the beginning of the war.
International bodies and organizations have warned of the seriousness of the humanitarian situation in Gaza, including Doctors Without Borders, which expressed its “concern” about the spread of infectious diseases.
Meanwhile, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said that the residents of Gaza lived 100 days as if they were 100 years.
Israeli statistics
The death toll of the occupation army has risen to 523 officers and soldiers in the Gaza Strip since October 7, while the Palestinian resistance says that the number of deaths in the Israeli army is much greater than the announced number.
For its part, the Israeli Medical Association reported 100,000 requests for psychological assistance in Israel during the war.
Israeli Channel 12 said that 11,000 rockets have been fired at Israel since the start of the war on Gaza on October 7.

Internal disputes
Internal disagreements surfaced between decision-makers in Israel, and War Council member Benny Gantz appeared at a demonstration for the families of Israeli prisoners.
The protesters at the demonstration – in which Gantz participated – raised slogans demanding the government’s resignation and immediate elections, and called for giving priority to the recovery of their children, and resuming negotiations with Hamas to achieve this.
As for the head of the “Israel Our Home” party, Avigdor Lieberman, he criticized the Israeli government led by Benjamin Netanyahu.
Lieberman said, in press statements, “The current government is no longer able to lead the people, and we must form a new government.”
On the other hand, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth said that those close to US President Joe Biden believe that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is prolonging the war on Gaza for political and personal reasons.
The American news website Axios said that the last time Biden and Netanyahu spoke was on December 23, and the US President ended the call by hanging up his phone on Netanyahu.
Regarding the economic impact, Reuters reported that the Israeli draft budget shows that the Gaza war led to a decline in economic growth for the current year by 1.1%.

West Bank
In the West Bank, a Palestinian was martyred and another was injured by occupation bullets while they were carrying out a shooting operation near a settlement north of the city of Hebron. This coincided with several raids into a number of cities and villages, during which the occupation army arrested a number of Palestinians and abused them. It also arrested the two sisters of the martyr Saleh Al-Arouri, the deputy head of the office. Politics of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent confirmed that armed clashes took place between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces in the northern West Bank.
