The Palestinians searched for bodies after an Israeli air strike leveled a building in Jabalia, while Israel increased its Gaza offensive. At least 16 were killed on Friday while the aid flowed for the first time in two months. The Al-Awda Hospital was struck and the help trucks were looted.
