The Israeli army announced its implementation last night a series of air strikes targeting sensitive sites and nuclear facilities inside Iran.
The army said in a statement today, Thursday, that it had bombed the nuclear “Arak” reactor in the southwest of the capital, Tehran, and added that it targeted a location in Natanz, southeast of Tehran, which is used to develop nuclear weapons, and contains advanced equipment that contributes to accelerating the Iranian nuclear program, according to the statement.
The statement indicated that the strikes also included industrial and military sites, including factories to produce raw materials and parts of ballistic missiles.
He explained that the attack was carried out by 40 warplanes, targeting dozens of military sites throughout Tehran and other areas inside Iran.
For its part, Al -Jaish Radio announced the interception of 17 drones launched by Iran towards Israel during the Wednesday night attack.
On Thursday morning, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced its implementation “with the success of the 14th wave of attacks on the strategic targets of the Zionist enemy.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that Iran would “pay the price” of its attacks on Israel.
Israeli media reported that 6 people with serious injuries were taken to hospitals in critical condition, and also indicated that the number of injured people due to the Iranian attack increased to 65 people.
Since the dawn of June 13, Israel has launched an American support for an aggression against Iran, including bombing nuclear facilities and missile bases, the assassination of military leaders and nuclear scientists, which resulted in 224 people dead and 1277 wounded, while Tehran responded with ballistic missiles and drones, which left about 24 dead and about 2000 wounded.
The risks of expanding the conflict with Western and Israeli reports are waving on the horizon that the United States can join Tel Aviv in the attack on Iran.
