“We have already lost seven lives, including six infants, due to the freezing weather we are witnessing. Thousands of tents were flooded. Concerning the hospitals, they are full of injured patients, they receive dozens of cases daily, most of them children. We have repeatedly called on the UN to label the Gaza Strip a famine zone due to the lack of basic necessities. We see in our medical points so much severe malnutrition among children and the problem is the failure of the international community.
