The Houthis announce the implementation of joint military operations on Ashdod and Haifa News

The military spokesman for the Houthi group in Yemen, Yahya Saree, announced that his forces carried out two operations – along with the Iraqi Islamic Resistance – targeting Israeli sites in Ashdod and Haifa.

This combined operation – which was announced by all the Houthis and the Islamic resistance in Iraq – is considered the first coordinated implementation to target what was described as a vital target in Ashdod, south of Tel Aviv, using winged missiles, while the second part of the operation was to target what was described as an important target in Haifa, north of Tel Aviv. Israel with drones.

Sarie pointed out that a third operation targeted the “Tutor” ship in the Red Sea “because the company that owns it violated the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine.”

He explained that “the specific military operation targeted Tutor in the Red Sea with a drone boat and a number of drones and ballistic missiles,” which resulted in what he described as a serious injury to the targeted ship, noting that it was at risk of sinking.

The Houthi military spokesman warned all companies “against the consequences of dealing with the Israeli enemy and the arrival of their ships in the ports of occupied Palestine.” He added, “Unless the warnings are taken seriously, company ships will be targeted in our area of operations.”

Saree affirmed that their armed forces would continue to carry out their operations “in victory for the oppression of the Palestinian people and in response to the British aggression.”

In solidarity with Gaza, which is facing a devastating Israeli war, the Houthis target, with missiles and drones, ships owned or operated by Israeli companies or transporting goods to and from Israel.

Since the beginning of this year, a US-led coalition has launched raids that it says target “Houthi sites” in various regions of Yemen in response to its naval attacks.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupation army has been waging a war on Gaza that has left more than 120,000 Palestinians martyred and wounded – most of them children and women – and about 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that claimed the lives of children and the elderly.
