Things between the leader of the Taliban movement, Mullah Omar and the founder of al -Qaeda, Osama bin Laden, reached the stage of non -return in 2000, after the global fame that Al -Qaeda won, according to the former Mufti of Al Qaeda, Mahfouz Ould Al -Wala.
According to Ould Al -Wala, the father said in episode 21/125/21 of the “With Tayseer” program, the dispute was caused by bin Laden’s feeling that his organization was leading the nation in the face of its enemies, especially after the bombing of American embassies in eastern Africa in 1998.
This perception was strengthened by bin Laden after he was poured into donations and the Muslims wishing to jihad arose from everywhere to join him after they considered him the only man who faces America despite the great objections to the killing of civilians with these bombings, says Ould the father.
Bin Laden’s view of his opinion
But the dispute between bin Laden and Mulla Omar – according to the father’s son – was previously on these bombings because the founder of al -Qaeda was known for his opinion and complained a lot of the tinkers narrowing it, which was the matter of prompting the movement to reduce this restriction so that it does not appear as the opponent of him.
Bin Laden did not hide his feeling of leading the nation and expressed his closeness to the leaders of the organization – according to the father’s son – who confirmed many of the man’s refusal of his opinion and his implementation of operations without informing them, but they demanded that they be presented to the nation’s scholars because it is reflected in Muslims everywhere, but he justified his behavior that the destiny prepared those in Afghanistan to lead the nation.
Therefore, the knowledgeable of what bin Laden was planning on the fingers of one hand – according to the father of the father – who confirmed that those who carried out the attacks of September 11, 2001 did not exceed 25 people, some of whom did not know the nature of this process until after their arrival in the United States and its proximity.
And the one who adhered to bin Laden in his opinion increased that some of those who came to him told him with visions that say that he is the expected Mahdi, and although this contradicts the attributes mentioned by the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to the Mahdi, which does not apply to the leader of the rule, because he is not a penny and does not belong to the Prophet ﷺ and does not bear his name, but he strengthened his mighty in his opinion.
In a period of time, bin Laden began to explain these visions that he was Al -Qahtani, who said the Prophet ﷺ that he would market people with his stick, even though the hadiths indicate that the appearance of Al -Qahtani will be after the descent of Christ, as the father of the father says.
The visions supported its uniqueness in the decision
On this basis, the founder of al -Qaeda began to deal with the matter as if he was an inspiring person with divine support, and therefore there is nothing that causes him to break in front of the opinion of the Taliban, not even the leaders of his organization, according to the former mufti of the organization who confirmed that he did not see a dream and was not more likely from bin Laden, although he took him to drive behind these ideas.
However, some of the close associates tried to dismantle the dispute between bin Laden and Mulla Omar, so as not to expand and affect the future of the base and its identity and then on Muslims, especially since they wanted to give it an institutional image and review its foundational principles while its founder was heading towards more centrality, to the extent that it was unique to the choice of those who joined the organization and those who did not join, unlike what was applied, according to the father.
After bin Laden accepted dealing and cooperating with other Islamic organizations and then canceled this matter, and he wanted all groups to pledge allegiance to him, including Mullah Omar, who says Ould the father said that he was paying the price of the actions of bin Laden.
At this point, those close to bin Laden decided to intervene to correct the organization’s path depending on the global fame that he had enjoyed and that their opinion was to convert it into an institution, and to find a way to guarantee the future of the Taliban movement, according to the father’s son.
They succeeded in achieving matters, including the reshaping of the security, military, financial, legitimacy and educational committees, and formed a new Shura Council, but they failed to achieve their final goal, according to the testimony of Ould Walad.
