When al -Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden decided to declare jihad against the United States, he sought to join more Islamic groups to take his step at a global dimension, and to head towards the question of Palestine, which he felt he did not give what it deserved.

In order to reach this goal, bin Laden formed what was known as the “International Islamic Front for Jihad of Jews and Crusaders”, which included alongside Al Qaeda, both the jihad group led by Ayman Al -Zawahiri, the Mujahideen Group in Bangladesh, the Islamic Jihad movement in Kashmir, and the Islamic Group in Egypt, which withdrew later.

According to the former mufti of al -Qaeda, Mahfouz Ould Al -Wala, on the “With Tayseer” program, the Egyptian Islamic Group’s withdrawal from the front was because of its wrong understanding of the front of the front, which she believed to be to condemn the siege and raids that the United States was waging on Iraq at that time.

However, this statement was formulated in ambiguous, as Ould Weld, the father, who explained that the most important thing in the founding statement was the description of the Western military presence in the region as support for the occupation of Palestine, and then inviting every Muslim to confront this existence with everything he can.

Legitimacy

Ould Al -Wala sees that the statement on the valid matters is legally valid, as he also carried clear jurisprudence gaps, including that he called for the fight against everyone who is American in general, because Islam does not call for the fight against those who do not fight Muslims just because his country is doing this matter.

After this announcement, bin Laden decided to violate all the orders of the Taliban movement – which was trying to determine his movements that were paying their price, as Ould the father says – so he went to the city of Justa and summoned international media and spoke about the establishment of the front, from which only the jihad group that fell under the banner of al -Qaeda remains later.

In this conference, bin Laden spoke of everything that the Taliban refused to speak, which greatly angered the movement and removed it from its literature that she was dealing with, so that her leader, Mullah Omar, went to him himself and informed him that what he said is equivalent to throwing bombs on the United States, which would respond by throwing bombs on Afghanistan.

During this meeting, he asked Mullah Omar to help him protect him, which he said was not bargaining, but bin Laden responded roughly to the man who went to him and did not call him and needed instead of ordering him. However, the Taliban leader swallowed the insult and did not respond to it, says Ould the father.

Insistence

When bin Laden felt not to accept his position even from some members of the base, “he asked Mullah Omar to resort to a committee of scholars to give the legal ruling in this dispute between them over the position on jihad.”

Bin Laden considered that his disagreement with Mullah Omar is due to the fact that the latter wanted to disrupt jihad, which is something that the emirate denying the legitimacy, according to the father of the father, who said that the position of the leader of al -Qaeda was not legitimately correct because the Taliban leader was fighting wars at home and abroad and appreciated things in another way.

After this dispute, bin Laden remained two years for the threats against the Americans without a specific matter, which prompted some to question his intention to this matter, but he surprised everyone when he struck the Washington embassies in Nairobi and Dar Al Salam.

These bombings, according to Ould Al -Wala, caused a legitimate crisis because they killed and wounded thousands of civilians from Muslims and non -Muslims who were not a party to his war with the Americans, while the number of American dead did not exceed 12 people.

Al -Qaeda leader did not adopt the bombing of the two embassies despite his praise, but he was responsible for it, according to Ould the father, who said that the goal was a political resort that the Americans in East Africa, but he gave the perpetrators – with the leadership of Aaron’s virtue of the Comoros – the freedom to choose the goal according to the circumstances, so they decided to hit the two embassies, taking advantage of the softening of the security grip and the low cost.

The Americans responded to this operation by bombing training camps for al -Qaeda and other groups in Afghanistan, yet the Taliban did not show a hostile stance on bin Laden, but it hugged him to announce his responsibility for the bombing of the two embassies, but he insisted on praising him, according to the father’s son.
