While the murder of Israel of the Palestinians continues quickly and slow, through air strikes and famine, the foreign ministers of 28 countries signed a statement calling for the end of the War of Israel against Gaza.
While these countries deploy words from months after the United Nations and other groups have warned against a famine coming in the opposite direction, there has been little action on other fronts.
Some of these countries have recognized the Palestinian state while France has angry Israeli officials, announcing that it would do the same in September.
However, many criticisms have stressed that when the countries make these declarations, many of them continue to benefit from trade with Israel and have not imposed any sanctions or have taken no other measure which could push Israel to end his genocidal war in Gaza.
The war killed at least 59,821 people in Gaza and injured 144,477.
Here is everything you need to know about the countries that benefit from Israel while condemning its military action:
To what extent do the declarator of the declaration are negotiated with Israel?
Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom all have more than $ 1 billion in imports, exports or both with Israel.
What do these countries negotiate with Israel?
Among the best items exchanged are cars and other motor vehicles, integrated circuits, vaccines and perfumes.
About $ 3.58 billion in integrated circuits are the largest individual product that goes to Ireland, making up the overwhelming majority of Irish imports from Israel.
Meanwhile, Italy exports more Israel than any other country that has signed the declaration. Its $ 3.49 billion in exports included $ 116 million in cars in 2023.
Do these countries recognize Palestine?
Among the countries that have published the Declaration, Ireland and Spain recognized Palestine in 2024 and greatly talked about the actions of Israel in Gaza. However, that did not prevent them from continuing trade with Israel.
Seven other countries that have signed the Declaration also recognize the state of Palestine, notably Cyprus, Malta and Poland, which all recognized Palestine in 1988, shortly after the Palestinian Declaration of Independence.
Iceland (2011), Sweden (2014), Norway (2024) and Slovenia (2024) also recognize the state of Palestine while France declared that it would do it in September at the United Nations General Assembly.
Who signed the declaration?
Australia, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Porand, Portugal, Slovenian, Spain, Swederland and the United Kingdom.
All always exchange with Israel.
What was Israel’s reaction to the declaration?
As expected.
Oren Marmorstein, spokesperson for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote on X that Israel rejects the declaration, saying: “It is disconnected from reality and sends the bad message to Hamas.”
What do other than countries do with Israel?
France, Germany and the United Kingdom have called for an “immediate ceasefire” in Gaza and “the unconditional liberation of all hostages” after having held an emergency call to discuss the war and the hunger crisis created by the siege of Israel and help the blocking on the enclave.
Did all this make Israel change his behavior?
The attention has greatly turned to the famine of the Palestinians in Gaza, even leading to longtime Israeli supporters like the former candidate for the American presidential election Hillary Clinton to solve the problem.
Help organizations report that thousands of children in Gaza risk famine while trucks full of food are seated through the border.
The total flow of humanitarian aid must be restored immediately.

This pressure led Israel to announce “tactical breaks” to “humanitarian ends” from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT) in Al-Mawasi, Deir El-Balah and Gaza City. They started on Sunday.
Despite the breaks, Israeli forces killed at least 43 Palestinians early on Sunday.
The Gaza Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Sunday that it had recorded six additional deaths over 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, including two children.
This brings the total number of famine deaths to 133, including 87 children.
