Terem Moffi missing from Nigeria list


Nigeria unveiled on Friday the list of 25 players selected to defend the colors of the Super Eagles at the next African Cup of Nations (from January 13 to February 11). OGC Nice striker Terem Moffi is not among those selected.

OGC Nice player, Terem Moffi, was not included in the list of 25 Nigerian players who will participate in the next African Cup of Nations (CAN) in Ivory Coast, unveiled on Friday December 29.

José Peseiro, Nigeria coach, will however be able to count on a powerful offensive arsenal for CAN 2024, notably with in his ranks the Napoli nugget Victor Osimhen, elected on December 11 best African player of the year 2023, or even the forward -Bayer Leverkusen center Victor Boniface.

Nigeria is in Group A, which includes host country Ivory Coast, but also Equatorial Guinea and Guinea-Bissau.
