Today, Friday, Tel Aviv Tribune broadcast exclusive scenes of the fierce battles between the Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – and the Israeli occupation army east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The scenes showed Al-Qassam members targeting Israeli forces barricaded in houses with machine guns and anti-fortified shells, as well as targeting Israeli tanks that penetrated east of Rafah, hitting them directly.
Before targeting one of the occupation tanks, one of the Qassam fighters said to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “Here we are sitting, preparing for you types of death.”
Earlier today, Friday, the Al-Qassam Brigades said that they had placed an Israeli force in a precise ambush after detonating a pre-prepared minefield inside the “Saad Sayel” barracks site, east of Rafah, noting that the force’s members were killed and wounded.
Al-Qassam revealed that two Israeli tanks were targeted with “Al-Yassin 105” shells in the vicinity of the same barracks, and an Israeli troop carrier was destroyed and set on fire in the vicinity of the same site, in addition to hitting a third tank in the Abu Halawa area, east of Rafah.
The showing of the scenes coincides with the announcement by the Israeli army spokesman that 4 soldiers were killed and 2 were seriously injured, including an officer from the Nahal Brigade, in the battles of the Gaza Strip.
A few days ago, Tel Aviv announced the start of a military operation in Rafah, claiming that it was “limited in scope,” before the Israeli army announced the extension of its control over the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing, which connects the Gaza Strip to Egypt.
The Al-Qassam Brigades in Gaza have been documenting their operations against the occupation army forces and vehicles on various fronts of combat since the start of the Israeli ground operation on October 27, and many details of the operations carried out against the occupation forces appeared in the video clips.
