The convoys of the Syrian pilgrims started for the first time in 14 years from the capital, Damascus, towards the Holy Land.

The number of pilgrims reached 23 thousand on a visit to the first campus after the fall of the Assad regime, and in light of the facilities developed by the Syrian Hajj Directorate, where their flights were made from Damascus International Airport to Jeddah Airport.
