Sumi Province, northeastern Ukraine, is witnessing field developments imposed by the speed of the progress of Russian forces and their control of towns not only 18 km from the administrative center of Sumi.
In a mandatory way, the Ukrainian authorities postponed the residents of dozens of villages and towns, in a scene that the boycott has not pledged since the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine.
