Anadolu Agency reported live testimonies from Palestinian families displaced from the Jenin camp in the northern occupied West Bank as a result of the continued operations of the Israeli occupation army for the third day in a row, and confirmed that they lived difficult hours as a result of the bombing and incursions.
For the third day in a row, the Israeli army continues to storm the city of Jenin and its camp. The occupation forces imposed a siege on neighborhoods in the camp and positioned themselves in front of the emergency entrances to the “Jenin Governmental,” “Al-Razi,” and “Al-Amal” hospitals.
This comes within the framework of a campaign of raids and arrests launched by the occupation forces in the West Bank, coinciding with the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since last October 7.
The occupation aircraft used drones, “Energa” bombs – which are anti-tank shells – and live bullets, while its vehicles bulldozed the public streets in the camp and its surroundings.
A difficult situation
The Palestinian woman, who identified herself as the mother of the martyr Hamad, says that the situation in Jenin camp and Haret al-Damj is very difficult.
She added, “We left the camp by death (with difficulty). The camp is filled with the army. They cut off electricity, water, and food. We left despite the presence of the forces.”
The woman held a crying child and said, “Look, the children are crying. The forces stormed the house, destroyed it, and arrested my son Mahmoud, and we know nothing about him.”
She pointed out that residents suffer from continuous raids on homes and their conversion into military barracks, and they also suffer from a lack of food supplies and baby milk.
Attacks and beatings
In turn, Palestinian Ruwaida Abu Jalda (29 years old) says that the Israeli occupation forces stormed their home in the camp and beat them, resulting in injuries.
She indicated that she was forced to flee with her four children due to the lack of food and baby milk, and says that she saw destruction in the streets and the destruction of vehicles and property.
Abu Jalda headed to Jenin Governmental Hospital despite the presence of Israeli forces in the camp and its surroundings. Anatolia monitored the arrest of a number of residents in front of the hospital.

War on Jenin
In this context, Kamal Abu Al-Rub, Acting Governor of Jenin, said that the Israeli authorities are waging a war on the city of Jenin and its camp in the northern West Bank.
Abu Al-Rub added that the occupation imposed a siege on the camp and a number of hospitals from the first moment, and Jenin became like a ghost town, completely paralyzing economic activity.
He pointed out that the Israeli army killed 11 Palestinians from the city and the camp.
Abu Al-Rub added that the Israeli army blew up 20 houses with shelling and “Energa” bombs, including 5 in the city and 10 in the Jenin camp.
According to Abu Al-Rub, the occupation forces also arrested 700 Palestinians, the majority of whom were released after an investigation that lasted for hours.
He added that the occupation army destroyed the infrastructure in Jenin, including public streets, water and sewage networks, telephones and electricity.
