According to the Hamas leader, talks are moving towards concluding a truce with Israel in the Gaza Strip.
Discussions continue this Tuesday around the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in exchange for a truce in the Gaza Strip.
“We are getting closer to concluding a truce agreement“, declared the leader of the Palestinian Islamist movement.
Washington also delivered a message along these lines, when the spokesperson for the National Security Council announced that the Americans were confident in the release of the hostages. “We’ve never been closerdid he declare. A hospital evacuated
On Monday evening, Palestinians were evacuated from the Indonesian hospital in the Gaza Strip to another health facility, with the help of the Red Cross. According to Hamas, 200 patients were released from the hospital and 400 are still inside, while at least 12 people were killed by an Israeli strike a few hours earlier.
Around ten trucks arrived in Gaza on Monday to build a field hospital.
According to Hamas, Israeli bombings left 13,000 dead in a month and a half, including 5,500 children.
