Sinwar lived to resist until his last breath policy

It seems that the month of October had a special mark on the life of the martyr Yahya Al-Sanwar, head of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), which became clear after the announcement of his martyrdom on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

The leader was born in Khan Yunis on October 19, 1962, and lived among the alleys of its camp. His personality was refined by studying at the Islamic University of Gaza and the student movements there.

Al-Sinwar joined the ranks of the Hamas Political Bureau in 2012, assuming leadership duties, and had a pivotal role in establishing the Hamas security apparatus, “Majd.”

The restrictions of his imprisonment were broken with the “Loyalty of the Free” deal in October 2011, allowing him to gain freedom again. Israel considered him a bridge linking the political and military wings of the movement.

He was the mastermind of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation, which began on October 7, 2023 from the Gaza Strip, where Yahya Sinwar became Israel’s most wanted man.
