Settlers attack olive pickers in West Bank villages with sticks and stones news

Six Palestinian farmers were injured today, Saturday, as a result of an attack launched by Israeli settlers on olive pickers on their agricultural lands, as the occupation army escalated its ongoing campaign in various areas of the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian platforms documented scenes of injuries as a result of a settler attack on farmers in the western town of Al-Laban, Ramallah, while the mayor of the village of Rantis, Majid Khalaf, said that dozens of settlers attacked the farmers while they were working in the olive fields between the villages of Al-Laban (central West Bank) and Rantis, and assaulted them, resulting in the injury of 6. Of them.

Khalaf added – to Anadolu Agency – that settlers from pastoral outposts summoned others and launched an attack on farmers with stones and sticks, pointing out that the injured suffered wounds and bruises, as some of them received treatment in the field, while others were transferred to the hospital.

The mayor of the village of Rantis indicated that the occupation army arrived at the place, but did not stop the settlers’ attacks, but rather fired gas bombs at the farmers and forced them to leave their lands.

Yesterday, Friday, Palestinian sources reported that Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian farmers and olive pickers in the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, and forced them to leave their lands, according to eyewitnesses.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club confirmed that the occupation executed Awaisa during his arrest.

In addition to Tubas, Israeli forces stormed the city of Nablus in the northern West Bank today at dawn and carried out raids in some of its neighborhoods. Palestinian sources said that resistance fighters clashed with the intruding forces in the vicinity of the Old City of Nablus.

The occupation forces also stormed Al-Ain camp, east of Nablus, and the towns of Burqa and Beit Furik. Palestinian sources confirmed that Israeli soldiers took a citizen as a human shield during the storming of Al-Ain camp.
