Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), broadcast scenes of its fighters seizing 3 drones while carrying out operational and intelligence missions in the Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam explained in the video that the drones were of the “Evo Max” type.
Military expert Elias Hanna said that this type of march is small and is used for bombing, shooting, and gathering information and photos that serve combat tactical units.
Hanna, a retired Lebanese brigadier general, explained that these marches become more fragile and vulnerable to being shot down “when they go to a low level, which deprives the advanced eye of reconnaissance operations and collecting tactical information.”
He explained to Tel Aviv Tribune that the Palestinian resistance has always brought down marches in the Gaza Strip, “perhaps with one bullet.”
Military expert Hatem Karim Al-Falahi says that these marches contain tapes recorded documenting and condemning the Israeli occupation army for targeting and killing civilians in Gaza.
Al-Falahi, a retired Iraqi brigadier general, added that the resistance can benefit from these marches by carrying out missions against the occupation army.
He explained that shooting down the marches means separating them from the bases that they launched “to serve the advanced brigades in surveillance and monitoring operations and targeting civilians.”
