Russia is ready to discuss the points of comprehensive agreement and Kiev receiving its document news


Russia has expressed its willingness to discuss the points of comprehensive agreement with Ukraine on the ceasefire, while Kiev confirmed its willingness to a complete and unconditional stop.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said his country is ready to discuss a comprehensive agreement with Ukraine, and suggested that the next round of negotiations with Ukraine on June 2 in Istanbul.

The Russian Foreign Ministry also announced that Minister Lavrov briefed his American counterpart Marco Rubio in a telephone conversation on preparations for a new round of Moscow talks.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Rubio confirmed the United States’ willingness to facilitate the rapprochement between the positions of Moscow and Kiev to resolve the conflict.

Russia confirmed yesterday that it had prepared a draft “memorandum” of peace that includes its conditions for ending the war in Ukraine, as it is ready to bring it to Ukraine on a second direct negotiation round taking place in Istanbul next Monday.

On the other hand, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustam Omaov said that the Russians have recently announced the final touches on their draft, but they are still postponing the handover of the document.

Ukraine affirmed Ukraine’s readiness to stop a complete and unconditional shooting and continue diplomatic work.

He added that he handed over the head of the Russian delegation his country’s document that reflects the Ukrainian position, and that the Russian side has already received it.

The Ukrainian Minister of Defense also explained that the Russian side tried to delay their handling of the proposal to end the war, but US President Donald Trump, European leaders and Ukrainian President Folodimir Zellinski had succeeded.

In Germany, Counselor Friedrich Mertz announced that his country will help Ukraine to make long -range missiles, which angered Moscow, which accused Berlin of fueling the conflict.
