She added that the North Korean leader “expressed his confidence and optimism that Russia, as usual, will achieve the decisive victory for justice.”
The two sides also agreed to “continue to expand relationships dynamically,” according to the same source.
Moscow and Pyongyang have enhanced their military cooperation in recent years, and North Korea has presented its ally Russia as equipment and many to support its war on Ukraine.
