Robert Fico forced to give up a meeting in Brussels because of Belgian air traffic

A plane carrying Prime Minister Slovak Robert Fico to a meeting with senior EU officials in Brussels has been forced to turn around today, because difficulties in controlling air traffic have practically closed Belgian air space .
