Israeli media said that the shooting targeted an Israeli car near the settlement, which led to two injuries, one of which is very critical and the other is dangerous, and indicated that the army is conducting wide combing operations “in search of the perpetrators of the operation.”

Al -Falahi explained during the military analysis paragraph that the operations did not stop throughout the last period and escalated in the West Bank in the recent period, citing the shooting process near the Salfit settlement, which the Israeli Army Radio described as the fourth operation in 4 months in the same area.

Al -Falahi attributes this Israeli failure to several fundamental reasons that make it difficult for the occupation forces completely to control the security situation, indicating that it is difficult for the occupation forces to control matters once because they need very large capabilities and capabilities.

He added that the Israeli army is already suffering a shortage of mankind, which limits its ability to fully control the security situation in the West Bank despite the continuous escalation.

The military expert drew attention to the nature of these operations, explaining that it is considered “individual operations” that anyone who can carry out launch operations, then withdrawal.

This type of operations, as Al -Falahi explains, is characterized by the fact that planning and processing does not need very large possibilities so that this process can be revealed through intelligence follow -up, where one person can arrange the launch in a smart way so that it is not reached.

On the basis of these characteristics, Al -Falahi pointed out that the operations of the individual wolves carried out by the resistance factions in different areas are more successful than collective operations, explaining that they “take a simple space of information and belong to only one person or two”, which makes their discovery and prevention is very difficult for the Israeli security services.

In response to the question about the repetition of operations in the same areas despite the strict measures, the military expert touched on this remarkable phenomenon, saying: Sometimes these operations when they are repeated in an area that the security services take many precautions, but gaps remain in these areas that can be used.

This was explained by the wrong assumption that the security measures taken in these areas are strict and the resistance will not think about returning to it, which creates an “unexpected opportunity” from which the resistance factions can be implemented to carry out other operations, taking advantage of the element of surprise.

Al -Falahi pointed to the continuity of these operations, despite the fact that the Israeli military operation is still continuing to this day, at a time when the occupation forces focus extensively on specific areas such as Jenin camp, which reflects a clear failure in the security occupation strategy along the West Bank.
