Tweeters interacted with scenes of the reopening of Sana’a International Airport by the Ansar Allah group (the Houthis) 10 days after he was bombed by an Israeli shelling that brought him out of service.

The tweeters have widely circulated videos showing the recovery of a huge unexploded shell from the airport runway.

The scenes broadcast by the group showed the efforts of the teams specialized in cleaning the airport from the unexploded shells as part of the rehabilitation process, as the airport was exposed to intense bombing that led to its departure from service for a period of time.

The process of recovering the huge bomb has caused great attention to social media platforms, as it was found that the bomb extracted is a kind of ammunition of the joint attack known as an abbreviation as “Jadam”, which is an American -made atmosphere of a guided Earth.

The episode (2025/5/19) of the “Networks” program highlighted the consensus of the condemnation of the attack and its repercussions, but they were divided into the way to deal with the Israeli bomb that was recovered from the airport runway, the appropriate response mechanism for the attack, as well as comparing the effectiveness of mutual attacks.

According to the tweet, Ibrahim, the projectile can be used in the direct response to the occupation, so he wrote, “It will be developed and returned to the usurping entity, their merchandise will be bounced on.”

On the other hand, activist Muhil Khalil praised the efforts to restart the airport, and tweeted expressing his admiration for these efforts, “tremendous works by the Executive Center to deal with mines despite the lack of capabilities.”

The interactions were not without criticism, as the tweet, Faisal, questioned the feasibility of recovering the bomb instead of detonating it on its location, and tweeted, asking: I don’t know what is the purpose of extracting it? They were supposed to blew it and fill it with sand.

In another context, some of the tweeters went to compare the effectiveness of the mutual attacks between the two parties, and Saif tweeted, “From only 100 missiles connected and if a programmer arrives at an empty ground, the missile arrived at Ben Gurion Airport, Shouf Ayash, and Israel destroyed Sanaa airport in full against a hole outside the Ben Gurion Airport.”

“The militia is pushing towards the airport operation in the absence of the simplest safety elements, exposing civilians and the only civil plane remaining at the airport for severe damage as a result of the landing and taking off on a dilapidated runway that does not have international standards,” said the internationally recognized Yemeni government in the Yemeni government, Muammar Al -Iryani.
