The occupied West Bank is witnessing a dangerous and continuous field escalation by the Israeli occupation forces, which includes widespread storming and attacks in various governorates, amid an escalating wave of repression since the war began on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
The Israeli occupation forces stormed – yesterday, Thursday, the city of Al -Bireh and several towns and villages in Ramallah and Al -Bireh Governorate.
Security sources reported that the incursions included the Umm Al -Sharait neighborhood in the city of Al -Bireh, the town of Tarmasia and the village of Ajul, north of the governorate, along with the towns of Bitonia and Beit Awar al -Fawqa in the west, and the village of Deir Nizam, northwest of Ramallah.
During the intrusions, the occupation forces raided a number of houses and residential buildings, amid the intimidation of the residents and the destruction of the contents of homes in some areas.

In the south of Nablus, the occupation forces stormed the eastern village of Al -Laban Al -Yuna on Thursday evening, as they fired toxic gas and sound bombs intensively towards the Palestinians and their homes, which resulted in dozens of cases of suffocation.
Local sources confirmed that the occupation forces prevented the vehicles of the vehicles inside the village over an hour of storming.
Injuries and arrests
Also, the town of Al -Khader, south of Bethlehem, witnessed a new storming of the occupation forces, which was stationed in the “Al -Bawaba” area and deployed snipers on the roofs.
The forces fired live bullets and gas canisters, wounding a young man with a live bullet in the foot, and a child with shrapnel in the chest and face. The soldiers also caused damage to a commercial store after breaking its glass front.
In the town of Tamoun, south of Tubas, two Palestinians were wounded, one of whom was a chase of the operation, as the occupation forces shot him before arresting him, amid the siege of his house and prevented ambulance crews from reaching him.
The operation took place after the infiltration of an Israeli unit to the town, which led to the outbreak of armed clashes with Palestinian resistance fighters before the force withdrawn.
Systematic destruction
In a related context, the occupation forces continue their aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp, where they are scandalizing and demolishing wide -ranging inside the camp.
According to local officials, bulldozing operations aim to change the features of Jenin entirely and blur her identity. The municipal estimates indicate that Israel demolished nearly 600 homes, while hundreds of other homes were severely damaged.
The occupation forces also transformed the female school of the United Nations Agency for Relief and Works of Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) into a military barracks, which were used to store equipment, food and sleep, amid sabotage in rows and facilities.
In the town of Barta’a, northwest of Jenin, the occupation forces stormed a house and arrested a young man after his destruction and searched. The forces also continued to close the Barta’a checkpoint, which is the only vital crossing of the town’s residents and the village of Tora.
The Jenin Governorate is living in a state of economic and social paralysis, with the displacement of more than 22 thousand people, and material losses that exceeded 300 million dollars, due to the great destruction in the infrastructure and commercial establishments.
In another tragic development, the liberated and excluded Palestinian prisoner, Mu’tasim Raddad, was martyred in a hospital in Egypt, as a result of a disease he sustained in the occupation prisons.
Israel released the ramp from the town of Sidon, north of Tulkarm, as part of an exchange deal last January, before being transferred to Egypt due to the deterioration of his health.
Since the beginning of the war on Gaza in October 2023, the occupation forces have escalated their attacks in the West Bank, where more than 961 Palestinians were martyred, and about 7,000 others were wounded, in addition to the arrest of more than 16 thousand and 400 Palestinians.
