Researchers from the University of Kiel have discovered a wall built almost 11,000 years ago not far from the German Baltic Sea coast. A structure one meter high and one kilometer long, which now rests at a depth of 21 meters.

According to the research team, hunters erected this wall which was probably located on a lake or a peat bog, and which made it possible to corner the reindeer and then kill them.
