Former Spaniard Sergio Ramos nominated yesterday – his former club Real Madrid to win the Club World Cup.
Ramos is preparing to lead the Mexican Monterrey defense line against Inter Milan – today – at the Rose Ball Stadium in the Group F competitions.
The 39 -year -old considered that the Spanish giant Real Madrid, who plays in the eighth group with the Saudi Crescent, the Austrian and Pachuca, is the real team that must be overcome.
“Real Madrid is always the candidate in the major championships,” Ramos told reporters.
He added that “the royal is the best in the world, given the level of the club and the players, and the mentality that has been established there for many years.”
Xabi Alonso leads the royal team after the Italian association is dismantled Carlo Ancelotti, who moved to Brazil’s training.
Ramos said, “Xabi’s arrival will be interesting. He won everything as a player, and knows how the club works, and this may help him a lot in this new era.”

The former Real Madrid captain left the team in 2021, and said he prefers not to face his former club in the United States.
