Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire on the Israeli occupation forces during their storming of the city of Qalqilya in the West Bank. The occupation forces also stormed several towns at dawn on Wednesday and launched raids and arrests among Palestinians.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) reported that two young men were injured last night during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the city of Qalqilya.

The Red Crescent reported that its crews transported two young men (17 and 19 years old) who were injured by live bullets.

The agency quoted local sources as saying that the occupation forces stormed the city of Qalqilya, and confrontations broke out at the place during which live bullets, stun grenades and poisonous gas were fired, leading to the injury of citizens.

Al-Quds Brigades – Qalqilya Brigade said that it, in cooperation with members of the “Lionth Al-Majd”, confronted the Israeli occupation forces storming the city of Qalqilya in the West Bank.

In Jenin Governorate, clashes broke out between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces during their storming of the town of Al-Yamoun. Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces fired lighting bombs over the town and sent in additional military reinforcements.

The Jerusalem Brigades – Jenin Brigade announced that they targeted the occupation forces with a barrage of bullets and explosive devices as they passed through the town of Silat Al-Harithiya in the northern West Bank.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the occupation forces stormed the city of Al-Dhaheriya, south of Hebron, from all its entrances. Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that for the second time within an hour, the occupation forces stormed the Al-Dhahr area in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.

This comes after settlers attacked Palestinians in the Al-Qatfa area in the town of Al-Samu, south of Hebron in the West Bank, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

Settler attacks

The settlers also raided the homes of citizens in the town and beat them. The area is witnessing continuous incursions by settlers who constantly provoke the Palestinians under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

The occupation forces also stormed the Al-Masayef neighborhood in Ramallah and the Al-Irsal neighborhood in the city of Al-Bireh.

In turn, local media reported that the occupation forces stormed the towns of Jayyus, north of Qalqilya, Beit Iba, west of Nablus, and Zaatara, southeast of Bethlehem.

On the other hand, Palestinian media said that members of the Palestinian Authority security services were detonating explosive devices prepared by the resistance to confront the Israeli occupation incursions into the city of Tubas in the West Bank.

Yesterday evening, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that a young man was killed by Israeli army gunfire south of Bethlehem, and others were injured by occupation forces gunfire in several towns in the West Bank.

In conjunction with its war on Gaza since October 7, the army and settlers escalated their attacks on the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, which left, in addition to the martyrs and wounded, more than 9,185 Palestinian detainees.

Since last October 7, Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza with American support, which has left more than 122,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, putting Tel Aviv into international isolation and causing it to be prosecuted before the International Court of Justice.
