Raids and confrontations in Balata camp, and the occupation arrests dozens across the West Bank | News


The Israeli occupation forces stormed several towns in the occupied West Bank, and launched raids and arrests among Palestinian citizens.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces arrested about 60 citizens during a large-scale raid campaign in the town of Haris, west of the city of Salfit, in the central West Bank.

She stated that the occupation army also stormed Balata camp east of Nablus, the towns of Dura, Al-Rihiya and Al-Fawar camp south of Hebron, and the towns of Beit Liqya and Imrin in the Ramallah district.

Clashes

Violent clashes erupted between the Palestinian resistance and the occupation forces inside Balata camp in Nablus, north of the West Bank.

Palestinian media reported that the resistance fighters opened fire at the occupation forces and detonated an explosive device in a military vehicle inside the camp.

In turn, the Palestinian Red Crescent announced that a young man was injured by the occupation army’s bullets during the confrontations.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that the occupation forces stormed the city of Hebron in the southern West Bank, and launched raids and arrests among citizens.

Clashes erupted between Palestinian citizens and the occupation forces in the village of Al-Rihiya, south of Hebron.

The occupation army arrested a citizen after raiding his house, while infantry soldiers were deployed in a number of the village streets, firing live ammunition, sound bombs, and tear gas.

The occupation forces also stormed the village of Tabqa, south of the city of Dura, and the town of Khallet al-May, east of Yatta, south of Hebron.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the occupation forces also stormed the town of Husan, west of Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank, and raided the Ein al-Hawiya area and conducted extensive search and combing operations.

Meanwhile, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that armed clashes broke out between resistance fighters and the occupation army in the city of Tubas, and that resistance fighters confronted the occupation forces during their storming of the city.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that two Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets in the village of Arabuna, east of Jenin.

Israeli special forces stormed the town, followed by military reinforcements that surrounded a house to arrest a wanted person.

Settler attacks

On the other hand, settlers stormed the Khalayel Al-Loz and Khallet Al-Nahla areas in Bethlehem, south of the West Bank, and damaged Palestinian farms.

Settlers also raised Israeli flags in the streets of Jaber and Salaymeh neighborhoods in the city of Hebron, south of the West Bank, in preparation for celebrating Jewish holidays.

The settlers close the two neighborhoods, in addition to Tel Rumeida and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, coinciding with their holidays.

They also prevent the residents of the southern area of ​​Hebron, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, from reaching or leaving their homes, and impose strict measures on them.

The Israeli occupation army, in conjunction with its aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, continues its ongoing escalation throughout the West Bank, through incursion and arrest campaigns, which has resulted in the martyrdom of more than 683 Palestinians so far.
