Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said three new Russian agents were arrested last night, following the announcement the day before of the arrest of nine other people.

According to the former President of the Council of the European Union, the Polish secret services were entitled to assume that Russian agents are said to be dealing withbig fire at the Marywilska Street market in Warsaw.

The Polish Prime Minister also warned Moscow against any attempt to force the Polish borderestimating that Russia has already collected thousands of migrants on its territory and intends to bring them to Belarus, where they are expected to storm the Polish border.

“Russia has rounded up thousands of migrants. Several gathering places in Russia have been located for organized groups of migrants who must then be transported to Belarus. This involves thousands of people,” Donald Tusk said.

He added that this was the latest information obtained by the Polish services in cooperation with the allies.

Mr. Tusk also announced the creation of a commission to investigate the influence of Russia and Belarus in Poland in the years 2004-2024. According to Mr. Tusk, the work of the commission should lead to referrals to the Attorney General, and an interim report would be expected during this summer.

Last Saturday, the head of the Polish government also declared that Poland was investing around $2.5 billion to strengthen security and deterrence on its border with Russia and its ally Belarus.
