They visited the border with Belarus, near Vilnius.

Polish Defence Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz said:

This is our highest calling, and this calling can be fulfilled not only by nation states, but first and foremost by the EU – and together we call for this, to internationalize the issue of this border. Border protection is a vital task. The EU must commit itself to defending its borders..
Last week, several countries called on the EU to get involved.financially” in the construction of a line of defense, in a letter.
This line of defense would be part of a plan to protect against disinformation and migratory movements plausibly orchestrated by Russia.
