Today, Monday, Palestinian political factions and forces condemned calls from settlement groups to raise the Israeli flag in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and demanded the protection of the holy sites in the city of Jerusalem.

Political forces and factions also condemned raising flags on the roof and walls of the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron “as part of ongoing attempts at Judaization.”
Yesterday, Sunday, the Director General of the Hebron Endowments, Ghassan Al-Rajabi, said in a statement, “The occupation forces installed Israeli flags on the roof and walls of the Ibrahimi Mosque (…) with the aim of completely Judaizing the old city of Hebron, and completely seizing the Ibrahimi Mosque.”
The factions called on the Arab and Islamic nation to “take mechanisms capable of imposing a boycott and prosecuting the occupation, and providing protection for our sanctities and our people.”
