Pakistan calls for retreat and India accuses it of aggression news

The state of tension continues between Pakistan and India, in light of mutual statements and accusations about reprisals and self -defense.

In the latest developments on Friday morning, media in New Delhi said that the Indian Navy begins a retaliatory process after what it described as a great escalation by Pakistan.

This came after statements by a spokeswoman for the ruling “Bharatia Gatata” party in India, in which Pakistan was accused of always acting aggressively towards India, stressing that her country has not targeted civilians in Pakistan, but rather well -known armed groups.

On the other hand, Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Mohamed Asif told Al -Jazeera that Pakistan will balance its response, and it has already taken all necessary measures in the event of the escalating confrontation, and added that the situation is getting worse and heading towards the confrontation, due to the ongoing Indian provocations.

The minister also said, in a special interview with Al -Jazeera Net, that what India has done is a clear invitation to a comprehensive confrontation between the two countries, at the same time, at the same time that tension will escalate to the point of confrontation with nuclear weapons.

Call to retreat

In turn, the Pakistani Minister of Information, Ata Allah Tarr, called on India to retreat a step back to reduce the escalation in the region, denying that the Pakistani army had targeted temples for the followers of the Sikh religion.

As for the Pakistani ambassador to Washington, Radwan Saeed Sheikh, he told the American network, “CNN”, that his country is behaving in self -defense, and it has the right to respond to Indian strikes.

However, it is noteworthy that the ambassador spoke at the same time about the existence of contacts with India at the level of the National Security Councils in the two countries, although he considers that the responsibility for calming tensions between the two countries fall on the responsibility of India.

In light of international calls for calm, US State Department spokeswoman Tami Bruce stressed the importance of avoiding the war between India and Pakistan after the escalation of armed tension between them recently, and Bruce confirmed that Washington continues to strive through diplomatic channels to reduce the escalation between the two countries.

It is not our affairs

In turn, Jay de Verse, US Vice President Donald Trump, called for a reduction in escalation, but at the same time stressed that the current crisis between India and Pakistan “is not the affliction of the United States at all.”

“What we can do is to encourage them to reduce the escalation, but we will not be involved in a war that is not at all our affairs,” Vans said, in an interview with Fox News.

Since an attack on April 22, 26 people were killed in the Indian part of Kashmir, tension between the two countries who are litigant since the division of the country in 1947 has escalated.

This tension turned into a military confrontation on Wednesday night, while international parties rushed to the mediation between the two parties and the call for restraint.
