Osama Hamdan: Israel is obstructing the deal and the authority’s behavior in the Jenin camp is “shameful” | news


Leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Osama Hamdan, said that the movement went to the utmost flexibility regarding prisoner negotiations on the condition of stopping the aggression, comprehensive withdrawal, relief and reconstruction without conditions.

He stressed in an interview with Al-Aqsa satellite channel that “the enemy turns against what is agreed upon at every negotiating station.”

Hamdan revealed that Israel is insisting on two things in the negotiations, namely not to “completely withdraw from the Gaza Strip and stop the aggression.”

Regarding what the occupation army announced that it had managed to eliminate and weaken the capabilities of the resistance, the Hamas leader affirmed that “the occupation’s talk about breaking the resistance has proven to be a failure, and the resistance is still writing the most wonderful images of heroism,” noting that “the scenes broadcast by the resistance represent a small part of the heroism.” controlled by our Palestinian people.

Regarding the Palestinian Authority’s operation in the Jenin camp in the West Bank, Hamdan said that the resistance in Jenin “are not outlaws,” stressing that “confronting the occupation is a national duty.”

The Hamas leader criticized the security behavior adopted by the Authority, describing it as “shameful and inconsistent with the morals of our Palestinian people.”

He called on “the security services to point their guns at the occupation, and this is the only legitimate national behavior expected of them.”
