An agreement has been reached for Ukraine. After an extraordinary European summit, the 27 reached agreement, despite difficult negotiations with Victor Orbán. A fund of 50 billion euros will be made available to kyiv for 4 years. Volodymyr Zelensky welcomes this decision, proof of the “strong unity” of the 27. The Europeans have also agreed to continue delivering weapons to Ukraine. Essential aid while American funds are blocked in Congress.

Program prepared by Elise Duffau, Sara Aboubakri, Grégoire Batais and Fadile Bhayat.
