Two days in the three Baltic countries at a time when Ukraine is desperate to obtain more missiles to strengthen its anti-aircraft defense.

Volodymyr Zelensky begins his tour in Lithuania.

President Gitanas Nauseda says he hopes for “a complete victory for Ukraine as quickly as possible.”

The three Baltic states regained their independence after the fall of the Soviet Union and are Ukraine’s most loyal supporters.

Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukrainian President: “We are all unlucky enough to have that crazy neighbor which breeds unhappiness and unfreedom. But we will never again become prisoners of geography and we will not allow Russia to destroy our sovereignty or yours, because we are together and unite with others to be powerful enough.”

In recent weeks, Russia has intensified its missile and drone attacks on its neighbor Ukraine.

From north to south of the front line, Ukrainian localities are targeted.

Faced with bombings, Ukraine is seeing its anti-aircraft defense missile resources depleted.

American financial aid is blocked by Congress and the European Union has not fulfilled its promise to provide one million artillery shells in 12 months.
