Today, Monday, Israeli occupation army forces stormed the city of Qalqilya and Aqabat Jabr camp in the occupied West Bank, raided homes, beat Palestinian civilians, and arrested a woman.

Eyewitnesses said that an occupation army force stormed the city of Qalqilya in the northern West Bank, and launched a raid and search campaign that affected many homes, during which they destroyed the contents of those homes and beat their owners.

They explained that the occupation army arrested a Palestinian woman named Donia Daoud, and said that Palestinian resistance fighters confronted the Israeli forces and clashed with them before they withdrew from the city.

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, affiliated with the Fatah movement, said in a statement that its fighters opened fire on Israeli occupation army forces during their withdrawal from Qalqilya.

In Aqabat Jabr camp near the city of Jericho, east of the occupied West Bank, Israeli occupation army forces raided and searched Palestinian homes.

Eyewitnesses said that Israeli forces beat Palestinians during their raids on their homes and interrogated them on the ground before withdrawing.

Settlers incursions

Also in the West Bank, the Palestinian Al-Baidar Organization said that settlers, along with their sheep, stormed the Arab Mleihat community northwest of Jericho, east of the West Bank, and entered a place prepared for worship and prayer in the community, wreaking havoc and destruction there.

The Israeli occupation army launches daily incursions into cities and towns in the West Bank, often under the pretext of searching for those it says are wanted.

The occupation and Israeli settlers have escalated their attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank in conjunction with the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip that has continued since October 7.

The occupation army’s incursions and settler attacks resulted in the death of 548 Palestinians and the injury of about 5,200. The occupation also launched arrest campaigns that targeted 9,300 Palestinians during the past eight months, according to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club.
