Hundreds of people gathered at a Seattle beach for a vigil in memory of Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, the 26-year-old Turkish-American human rights activist from Seattle who was killed by Israeli troops during a protest in the occupied West Bank last week. The Israeli military said the young woman was likely shot “indirectly and unintentionally” by its soldiers.
