Resistance attacks

Al-Qassam, in conjunction with the Al-Quds Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement – also targeted the Israeli Operations Command headquarters east of Jabalia with a number of mortar shells.
The Brigades had previously announced that they had killed 15 Israeli soldiers by detonating an anti-personnel device in a house in which they had barricaded themselves in the Al-Tanour neighborhood in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
