New incursions into the West Bank, and the occupation besieges the home of a resistance fighter and detains his relatives News

The Israeli occupation forces intensified their raids on cities and towns in the occupied West Bank, including Qalqilya, Dura, and Hebron, and arrested a number of Palestinians.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed the villages of Bazaria and Burqa, north of Nablus in the West Bank.

The occupation forces also stormed the village of Wadi Al-Shajna, south of the city of Dura in Hebron, south of the West Bank.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the occupation forces closed the main entrance to the village, fired sound bombs towards Palestinian homes, and imposed a security cordon around them.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that the occupation forces stormed the city of Qalqilya in the northern West Bank and the town of Jit, east of the city.

The correspondent added that forces with military vehicles surrounded the house of the persecuted resistance fighter, Tariq Daoud, and detained a number of his relatives to pressure him to surrender himself.

Escalation of intrusions

The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the city of Dura in the Hebron Governorate. These forces, reinforced with military vehicles, conducted patrols in a number of the city’s streets and raided and searched several homes.

The Israeli occupation forces also penetrated the southern region of the city of Hebron, south of the West Bank, and fired live bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas towards residents.

The occupation forces also raided Jaber and Al-Salaymeh neighborhoods and Wadi Al-Hussein in central Hebron and arrested two Palestinians, one of them a child. They also tightened their security measures, imposed a curfew and raided a number of homes.

Palestinian media said that the Israeli occupation forces fired flares in the sky of the town of Silwad, northeast of Ramallah in the West Bank.

The new Israeli developments and incursions come one day after armed clashes broke out at dawn on Friday after the Israeli occupation forces stormed Balata camp in Nablus in the northern West Bank, while Tel Aviv extended the state of emergency in Jenin and its camp.

On Thursday morning, the Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the city of Jenin and its camp following a new aggression that lasted two days and resulted in the death of 12 Palestinians, including 4 school students and a doctor.

Since Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, the occupied West Bank has witnessed an escalation in Israeli attacks, which resulted in the death of 514 Palestinians, the injury of 5,000, and the arrest of more than 8,000 others.
