NATO chief condemns Russian elections in occupied Ukraine and Georgia


The Russian presidential elections are “neither free nor fair” according to Jens Stoltenberg on tour in the South Caucasus.

Jens Stoltenberg is on tour in the South Caucasus. He assured during his trip to Tbilisi: “Russia’s organization of elections in the occupied regions of Georgia and Ukraine is completely illegal“.

He clarified after his meeting with the Georgian Prime Minister:

Before Tbilisi, Stoltenberg was in Baku where he discussed aspects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO. The NATO Secretary General’s tour will end in Armenia on Tuesday.
