The Public Prosecution stated, in confirmation of information published by Le Parisien newspaper, “The Office of the Prosecutor in Nanterfare today (Friday) referred the case to the responsible investigating judge in order to refer the accused on charges of rape to the regional criminal court in O-FD-Sin. The judge in charge of investigation is now left to make his decision within the framework of the judicial referral order.”

Fanny Kulan, the lawyer of Ashraf Hakimi, confirmed the request of the Public Prosecution to conduct a trial and said: “The Public Prosecution, that is, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, plays its role in collecting the criminal evidence. It is on it.
