The Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – announced the implementation of a complex ambush against Israeli enemy vehicles in Tal Al-Sultan, west of Rafah, while the Israeli “Hadshot Bazman” website said that 8 soldiers were killed in the attack.
According to the military and strategic expert, the occupation army is facing a major dilemma in the Rafah area, and is suffering losses at a rate of 10 to 15 soldiers, killed or injured, every day, in addition to the destruction of vehicles.
Major General Al-Sammadi says that the occupation army is trying to create a large front on the northern front, but it is unable to open two fronts at the same time, because it is exhausted, frustrated, and exposed to great losses in soldiers and vehicles. There is a call for the reserve to provide 50,000 additional soldiers, and a call to provide 15 additional battalions. .
Regarding the possibility of expanding the war on the northern front, Major General Al-Sammadi said that the United States of America, France and Iran do not want to expand the war, expressing his belief that the occupation army may direct “a comprehensive pre-emptive strike on the positions and capabilities of the Lebanese Hezbollah, and penetrate to the Litani River to impose a political settlement through military action.” “.
