The military and strategic expert, Major General Muhammad Al-Samadi, said that the Palestinian resistance operations in the Gaza Strip constitute great pressure and a psychological and media war against the Israeli occupation army.
Al-Sammadi explained – during his analysis of the military scene in Gaza – that the resistance possesses high-quality combat capabilities, citing the recent infiltration operation carried out by the Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – east of Kerem Abu Salem in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, which he described as a high-quality operation. the quality.
He also cited the Beit Hanoun ambush in the north late last May, which lasted 26 hours, describing it as “a cinematic film whose script was written perfectly and directed brilliantly and with a high level of performance.”
He pointed out that these operations give a systematic approach to the killing mechanism because the resistance changes its tactics by shifting from defense to attack, by luring the occupation forces and targeting them.
He stressed that the elements of the combat force are command and control, and are still effective, influential and effective with the resistance, in addition to the latter’s capabilities in surveillance, monitoring and reconnaissance operations, and then planning, decision-making and joint action operations in light of the presence of resistance factions in the field.
