THE real Madrid has formalized Monday the signing of the French player Kylian Mbappé for the next five seasons.

The club officially announced his signing in a press release, which had already been anticipated by the Spanish press.

The player’s presentation will not take place before the end of his participation with the French team in the European Championship which will be played in Germany from mid-June.

The announcement comes just two days after Real Madrid won their 15th Champions League in London, beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the final.

Kylian Mbappé has signed up with the Merengue club for the next five years.

“A dream” as he wrote himself on the X network this evening.

According to the Spanish press, he should receive between 15 and 20 million euros net per year, which will make him the highest paid player in the Madrid locker room. Real Madrid should also pay him a signing bonus of 100 million euros spread over the next 5 years.

Mbappé officially announced his departure from Paris Saint-Germainreigning French champion last month, after informing the club in February.

Arriving in 2017 from AS Monaco, he spent 7 years at PSG where he set a record for the Parisian club by scoring 256 goals all competitions combined.
