Today, Sunday, the Israeli army carried out intensive shelling on several areas in the Gaza Strip, resulting in martyrs, after a day that witnessed massacres against civilians, while the resistance carried out a joint operation in Rafah.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that one person was killed and others were injured as a result of shelling targeting Palestinians in the Shuja’iyya neighbourhood, east of Gaza City.
Two Palestinians, one of whom was a child, were killed and six were injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a house in the center of Gaza City.
Three Palestinians were killed and others, mostly women and children, were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a plot of land adjacent to the laboratory building at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.

In Gaza City, warplanes carried out airstrikes accompanied by artillery shelling on the southern neighborhoods of the city, such as Al-Zeitoun and Tal Al-Hawa. Warships also targeted the western areas of Gaza City.
In the middle of the Gaza Strip, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that a person was killed in Israeli artillery shelling east of Al-Bureij camp.
The bombing included other areas in the middle of the Strip, including Salah al-Din Street opposite the entrance to the town of al-Zawaida, southwest of al-Maghazi camp.
Early today, the Israeli Air Force launched a raid on a house in the Al-Tawbah area of Jabalia camp, resulting in 3 martyrs.
In conjunction with the air strikes, which Palestinian sources described as violent, Israeli artillery carried out intensive shelling of several areas in the northern Gaza Strip.
Bombing and detonating buildings
The cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip were subjected to air and artillery bombardment.
Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling targeted the town of Al-Fakhari, southeast of Khan Yunis, and the city center was also shelled.

More than 60 Palestinians were killed yesterday, Saturday, as a result of the Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.

In military developments, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), and the Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, announced a joint operation targeting an Israeli bulldozer in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah.
Yesterday, the Israeli army announced that a soldier was seriously injured in the Gaza battles.
The resistance is engaged in clashes with the forces that have penetrated Rafah and Khan Yunis, as well as in the southern neighborhoods of Gaza City and areas in the central Gaza Strip.
So far, the Israeli army has admitted that about 340 of its soldiers have been killed and more than 2,200 wounded since the start of the ground invasion of Gaza.
